Do you service systems installed by other companies?
Often, yes. Tell us the equipment brand and what you are seeing when you request service.
My monitoring app says the system is offline. Is it broken?
Not always. Monitoring often drops when the home Wi-Fi changes. The system may still be producing. We can help you check.
Can you remove and reinstall panels for a new roof?
Yes. We coordinate panel removal, the re-roof and reinstallation.
